Our Client a leading IT Recruitment Agency is looking for Recruitment Consultants to work in their Manchester based office.
These roles are varied and demanding, requiring dedication and motivation. The role is mainly telephone based, so you will be a confident and talented communicator with the ability to engage and influence people. The environment is fast paced and target driven and will require 100% commitment to the role.
Duties include
• Recruitment sales within a specific technical market
• Pro-actively selling recruitment services to a wide range of companies
• Sourcing and representing candidates to clients
• Constantly delivering recruitment solutions that exceed clients and candidates expectations
• Development and maintenance of ongoing candidate and client relationships
Person Specification
• Educated to degree level
• Have experience of being a team player either in a work or social environment
• Have previous sales experience
• Be motivated and target driven
In return a rewarding package is on offer including competitive starting salary of 15k - 17.5k with a typical OTE of 35k – 40k.
