Frame at last for Angela
The UK’s leading online mirror and framing store, Mirror World and Framing World, has appointed Angela Allen to manage its first real-life store in Rawtenstall.
Angela, who lives in Crawshawbooth, said: “I am thrilled to join Mirror World and am very much looking forward to helping the business grow. My main role is to forge and maintain relationships with customers, helping them to find what they are looking for.
“Since I started there have been a few people who have come in searching for something really unusual, that they haven’t been able to get anywhere else. One customer said he had been all over the country looking for a particular mirror he had seen on a TV show and couldn’t find it anywhere, but we managed to source it.”
The mum of four previously ran her own child-minding service but, after suffering problems with her back, she decided to embark upon a change of career.
Andrew Mayers, the man behind Mirror and Framing World said: “It is great to welcome Angela on board, her passion and enthusiasm is exactly what the store needs.
“I’m sure that Angela will be a real asset in helping the store mirror the success we have had online. She’s friendly, approachable and helpful – everything you need if you’re a shopper.”
Mirror World has been the UK’s leading online mirror and framing store for more than 20 years, with clients ranging from homes to hotels and blue chip organisations like the Lowry Art Gallery, Manchester United and JD Sports.
It opened its first store on Queen’s Square in Rawtenstall last year.
