New business centre to give firms head start

Date published: 03 August 2010

Property specialist Hurstwood has created eight new starter offices at Hurstwood House in Rawtenstall, as part of an investment programme in the valley.

Following on from the successful letting of Winners Discount Store earlier this year and a 100 per cent letting record at Station House, Hurstwood have created a new eight-suite business centre at the New Hall Hey Road site.

The suites are ideal for start up businesses or those perhaps looking for their first office base, and could attract up to 30 jobs.

Mark Carling, Sales and Lettings Director at Hurstwood, said: “This is a really good opportunity for small businesses to rent a modern office, quickly, without any fuss and for as long as they want.

“Broadband and phone lines are already installed so businesses can move in within 24 hours. The offices are in a prime location as New Hall Hey is just off the M66 by-pass, which links on to the major motorway network.”

“We believe the refurbishment will play a key part in the redevelopment of the valley. Investing in Rossendale will not only attract new businesses but it will create several new jobs for the town.  We are also delighted to see the construction of the retail park has re-commenced and we see the New Hall Hey area being the place to be for business.”

Hurstwood House is located at Station Court, New Hall Hey Road, Rawtenstall. For more information about the offices contact Mark Carling on 01204 374000 or visit www.hurstwoodholdings.com.

Based in Navigation Park, Bolton, Hurstwood has commercial property interests in the North West, Midlands and Wales with approximately 500 occupier clients at over 100 locations.
