Hurstwood to build on Sandbach success

Property group Hurstwood is starting its third phase of refurbishment on the 40,000 sq ft Edwin Foden Business Centre in Sandbach.

Already this year, Hurstwood has let over 8,000 sq ft at the Cheshire centre and the company believes the time is right to start work on the final phase of the development, which will create a further 5,000 sq ft of space.

The new phase will offer potential businesses four office suites between 500sq ft and 2,500 sq ft in its impressive modern property.
