Police release image of fuel theft suspect

Police have released a CCTV image of a man they wish to speak to in connection with a drive off from a petrol station in Haslingden.

The man is suspected of making off with £62 of diesel from the service station at Tesco, Syke Street, around 4pm on 12 August.

The man, who was described as Asian, aged in his late 20's or early 30's, was driving a black Peugeot which was bearing false number plates believed to have been stolen from a car in Bury.
