Calling Whitworth Council to provide Allotments

Mr Arthur Foster is campaigning Whitworth Town Council to release land for allotments.
A minimum of 6 people are required in order for the council to take action, and currently Mr Foster has four.
Mr Foster is keen that people should be able to grow their own food in a safe environment. He added "There is no price set - this would have to be decided  by the council on the size of land and service, then it will enable people to grow their own food in a safe area ."
