New Dental Practice in Rawtenstall

Date published: 14/06/2008

A project to bring three dental practices together under one roof, costing over £1million, has now been opened in Rawtenstall.
The eight month development opened its doors last week with no major problems.
Denpoint previously had facitlities in Waterfoot, Haslingden and Rawtenstall, and believes this new venture will benefit their 10000 Valley patients.

Denpoint partners, Graham Rawcliffe, Nicholas Wall, and Michael Duffy, who have worked together for over 20 years, have been developing this idea since 2000. Michael said: " We started to have a few problems with aspects of our other practices in terms of heealth and safety requirements and disability access, and as they were old buildings we had to look at things and decide what would be best to do. We are really pleased with the outcome and we think we can really offer a quality service here. "

The new premises houses seven surgeries and boasts a new central sterilization system which brings Denpoint into line with government recommendations.

Graham said:" Our staff have been a really great help in getting this set up and we think B & E Boys has done a superb job on the development."
