Full Council at Whitworth on Thursday 18th June at 7.30pm

Dear Friends it will be full council next thursday 18th june at 7.30pm at the Riverside on Market Street Facit Whitworth,

please feel free to attend, we have a section for members of the public to ask question's, were elected members will give a full reply to any questions you may wish to put, after all it's your Town Council, we have a total of 12 town councillors six for the Facit and Shawforth Wards and also six for the Healey and Whitworth Wards, our aim is to serve our wider community hear in Whitworth, also this Saturday at 12 noon at Whitworth Community  High School on Hall Street we will launch the Whitworth Sport Festival which runs until Sunday 21st June please come along there is somthing for every one young and old alike at this point I would wish to place on the record my thanks to Councillor James Mellor who has had the vision to bring to program of events togetter along with other elected members of the Town Council, so well done hopefully this will be this first of many such Festival, thats the good thing of having a Town Council we make things happen, who knows maybe our good friends in Bacup and Edenfield may wish to join the growing movment of Town and Parish Councils across Lancashire.

so please feel free to come along to the Whitworth Sport Festival which runs from Saturday 13th June at 12 noon until Sunday 21st June.
