Created in 2008 to help young people in Lancashire to achieve their full potential
In line with government strategies to ensure our young people :

- Make positive choices and see a positive future
Provide access to a range of inclusive, positive, enriching and educational opportunities for young people aged 11 -25, with particular emphasis on 13 - 19 year olds.
